Why does Cobry exist?
Remember the last time you had a horrible experience with IT? The endless phone calls, the outsourced support agents reading from scripts, the feeling that you were just a number?
That's why Cobry exists. Firstly, in 2008, I knew tech was good enough that broken printers, spam, or spreadsheet lockouts shouldn't be your problem. It's not just about bad phone calls – it's about not needing to call at all. Tech should simply work.
Second; there's nothing worse than getting in touch with someone that didn't truly care. I wanted to build a team that have the customer and the technology at heart, and get excited about solving problems together. I wanted to build a company where people could get real help from real experts, people who actually cared about solving their problems.
